I love diamonds Almond Dream as it only has 40 cals per cup!

Question 1- how long does yours usually last after you open it? The company says to discard after 7 days, but mine seems to be totally fine even after 2 weeks. It's crazy!

Question 2 - have YOUR results with using it in cooking and baking been good? The company says you can use it for most things, but I'm wary.

ours only lasts about a week because then it's gone lol

I'm not sure about baking, but I love it with cereal, granola, drinking, and mixing with iced coffee is yum!

Love blue diamond vanilla almond milk! It never even lasts more than 3-4 days! I only use it for cooking with sweeter things like pancakes, etc

For your first q, we drink it too fast to tell. For your second, I have only had it with cereal, made muffins and icing for strudel, and brownies. Everything was good except the brownies. But that may have been me.

Thank you, all!
I'm going to try it in some foods and baking.

I'm the only one who uses it and I often forget its in the frig so it's there for a looooong time.

I LOVE it. Now that summer fruit is yummy again, I've been pouring the coconut almond blend over sliced peaches and berries. Sooooo good.

Oh, duh, I have no idea why I forgot our favorite. Smoooothies. So much better than dairy milk. DH didn't think he would like it, now he won't drink one made with milk. I just won't do the coconut, I hate em. I bet if you like it it would make one hell of a tropical smoothie!

Oh yes! Ill try that. I usually don't make them as they are too high in calorie and not satisfying to me BUT, maybe the almond milk will change both of those factors. Thanks!
