I have a pack of drumsticks. Whats the best way to cook them in the oven? I need temps/times etc. :D

I season them with salt, pepper, mesquite seasoning and bake them for about an hour at 400. Then I pull them out and use a basting brush to brush BBQ sauce on them and put them back in the over for another 15 or so minutes.

Salt and pepper is good too. If you have anything else just experiment. Might find a yummy combo you like. Like parsley, Johnny's seasoning, garlic, onion. Just anything.

Good luck lol

Seriously though. Unless you experiment you won't know what you like and don't like. Ever since I've been more adventurous and got over my fear our food tastes better  poor DH in the beginning or living together!

Throw them in the trash and make lasagna in stead.

That would be an excellent idea if I had lasagna b***h. Unfortunately SO thawed this chicken a couple days ago and I need to cook it before it goes to waste :(

do you have any corn meal? or crackers to make breading? You could fry them on the stove top too...
