Sorry, no clicky.
Filet sliced thin, broccoli florets, carrots (chopped) and I make my own teriyaki sauce, which is super simple.
1/4 cup Liquid amino or Tamari (soy sauce), 1 cup water, fresh ginger & garlic. Bring to a boil. Mix 1/4 cup cold water a 3 tbsp. corn starch. reduce heat and stir until sauce is thick. I usually throw in some sesame seeds too.
Anyway, I'll brown the meat first with a little oil in the pan, add the meat, add a little of the sauce, drain and set aside. Reheat wok with a tiny bit of sesame oil, throw in the veggies and then I put the meat back in and add more teriyaki sauce. I serve over brown rice/white rice or quinoa.
