I'm jumping the gun a little bit by posting this in toddler, but DD will be one in less than two weeks. She's a biter. She bites me when she's breast feeding, we had gotten past it but now she's started doing it again. In the middle of eating she will suddenly chomp down, or she'll bite me once right before she starts nursing. And even we're playing she bites me all over, hard.

I redirect her, I stop nursing her when she does it even though she screeeeeams. I stop playing with her when she bites me and say "ow you hurt mommy. No biting."

She has yet to do it to anyone but me, not even SO even though she plays rough with him too, or DSS who is her favorite person in the whole world.

But I don't know what to do. Should I just keep being consistent with what I've been doing or what? Help me before she takes my nipples off!

Yes, redirection is all you can do at that age.
Removing her from your breast is the right thing to do when nursing.
If she's doing it while playing, tell her no bite, stop playing for a few seconds, and offer her something she can bite like a teething ring.

I've been tryin to teach DS how to be "gentle" we brush his hand across our face and say " nice " or "gentle". Doesn't seem to be working lmao. Also my mom said I bit her while nursing once and she set me down said no and walked away. I apparently screamed for a while, but I never did it again.

Redirection is key, and then teaching them to touch softly or nicely. It can take a while, but it works.

Just keep redirecting her. DD used to bite a lot... sometimes she would scrape me really hard and then chomp down on that spot. Zombie baby! After a few months she stopped but now slaps me across the face when she's mad. :?
