It depends on your gap.



Mine is like three inches, its not going away without surgery. I follow Lindsay Brin's core workouts that are specifically targeted for diastasis recti but I've only been doing it for 4 weeks, it can take 12 weeks to see a difference. Of course it all depends on the level of muscle separation you have. Sometimes it cannot be fixed without medical attention.

i just want the pudge on my belly to flatten a little i have a thread its 5 weeks pp look i have a pic on there

i had it. with a ton of determination, i closed it at 4 1/2 months postpartum. message me if you want more info. mine went from about 4 1/2 finger widths to almost closed.

If you have an ace bandage that'll work. Do planks like crazy...you'll start to see results if you're consistent.
