The renting part is fine. Though I wish we were renting a house.

We're renting. Our landlords want us to buy but this house is not worth it. We want to buy a bigger home with a backyard when I'm out of school and working

Own. We got our mortgage payments down to $400 including escrow so renting would be dumb for our situation. NOT sayin it's dumb for everyone just us.

Living with my parents until my financial situation becomes more stable. Hopefully next year we'll be renting a place.
