I have boneless, skinless chicken breasts. I was going to make bbq chicken sliders in the crockpot but I don't have enough bbq sauce or time now. I need a new idea that I can use the chicken breasts for. I plan to serve it on/with Hawaiian bread rolls. TIA

beat them with a mallat, cut them in half, and put some seasoning or soak in balsamic dressing, grill, and serve with red onion, lettuce, tomatoe

Italian is a good marinade for them too.

I also like putting some cooked onion and mushroom on them and then letting some cheese melt on top. Yum.

Do you have anything to bread them with?

Coconut chicken is a huge favorite in my house but you have to like coconut.

I had exactly this problem today as well, except I wasn't going to make BBQ chicken, just didn't know what to do with the chicken. Anyways, I would have made caldo de pollo (chicken soup Mexican style, google it) but I found fish that I needed to use so we're having lentils and fish soup. Yummy!

Try homemade chicken strips, they're yummy too.

I ended up beating the shit out of it with Mjolnir, my meat mallet, and marinating in Italian dressing. Idk how I'm going to cook it yet
