WHAT!!! I have tortellini in the fridge now. Must... Have... Recipe.... Lol :D
And I like cheesy potatoe soup. Just throw in all the potatoes and veggies you want. I use about 4 big russets, one medium onion, 5-6 stalks of celery, and a couple handfuls of baby carrots. I dice it all up and cover with chicken broth (I usually do 6 cups of water and 6 of those chicken bullion cubes. I add a little garlic salt and pepper. Put on low 6 hours or high 4 hours (ish). When ready to serve add about 2-3 cups (usually its like an 8oz block I shred) stir in then about 1-2 cups of half and half until it looks creamy and yummy :) lol. Salt and pepper To taste.
I had people at church asking for the recipe they loved it so much.
