My water broke at 34 weeks on it's own and because of my son being six weeks early they induced to speed things along. I also had pre-e my b/p was 164/108 when I delivered, I am a type one diabetic more at risk for infection...... blah to many to list

I was induced at 36+3.

I was already 5 cm, I was contracting every two minutes but not able to feel contractions (although they were pretty strong on the nobitors. All the nurses were shocked I wasnt in pain), I needed gbs antibiotics (didnt get the with my first and he tested positive but thankfully did not have any health issues), and had a fast labor with my first (1 hr 46 minutes total, only about 45 minutes at the hospital, I walked in at 8 cm!)

It was a hard decision to make to induce so early bit definayrly the right one. They broke my water at 2:10 pm and started a tiny bit of pitocin (I had low platelets and they wanted to keep me contracting after delivery to avoid excessive bleeding). Bo was born after 3 pishes at 2:46 pm!

I wasn't induced because my water broke a couple days before I was scheduled to go in. I was going to be induced because of IUGR and low fluid.

I was induced for a couple of reasons.. I had low fluid since 25 weeks, I had ultrasounds every 2-3 weeks to check the fluid levels. At my 38 week ultrasound I was told that my daughter had IGUR, all the estimates were off though, my daughter was born at 6lbs 10oz 19.5 in.
