I don't remember when I started to notice that it was working for me but others around me noticed changes after two weeks.

I was on it for 11 years, can honestly say it will take two weeks maybe even three to kick in. It has to be in your system for a while.

I was prescribed it adter I had the boys, and my OB said it'd take at least 2 weeks to kick in. I took the ones the nurses gave me in the hospital, but I didn't like how it made me feel. I never got my prescription filled

2wks. Hubby noticed the changes. And boy oh boy when I go off it for a wk at a time (forget/lazy to take it) u can tell the difference.

I started feeling slightly better within a week. It took about 2 weeks for it to fully kick in.
I take 25mg Zoloft and 300mg Wellbutrin.
