Lol my brother doesn't let Cylus get near the edge of the boat and keeps him right next to it. He has gone on a 5 mintue ride and that is it so far and that was in a pond. lol

Why? LOL I don't get that. I live by a lake it's really not a big deal. We go boating/tubing/ swimming alllll the time. My Maggie girl likes to "plop" off the dock into the lake. I just float in my tube right along side her, make sure she doesn't get into trouble. I think it's healthy for them to learn to swim early. Makes it a bit safer that way.
