Yeah if you could that would be interesting to see. A few women I know who come from different parts of Europe that have moved here and have experienced having a baby in both have said they really love the aftercare we have here but they find the actual process of the birth itself slightly invasive.

I'm not surprised it was dominated by European Countries and it was good they done an overall ranking taking everything into consideration. As I said European women I have spoken to love our aftercare support but feel our actual birthing is slightly invasive.



I can't find at all where UK ranked :(



It is a shame US ranked so low but I can understand why.

yep. we have a very shit insurance system. and both my hospital experiences were shit. I am proud to be American but I can be mature enough to say shit needs work

After 2 weeks is fine if you hadn't had any birth injury or anything. Otherwise it's best to wait 6 weeks til you fully heal.

6 weeks after you give birth, make sure you have a reliable birth control method, you can get pregnant again now that you have had your baby.

Midwives run everything here too, I loved my midwife during pregnancy and my post midwife!
