Can soda has high fructose corn syrup in it, as well as the plastic containers. If you get glass bottles it is made with pure cane sugar.

Quoting Vivian [♥]:" You know, the studies have actually proven it's not better than real sugar. It's foreign to our bodies ... [snip!] ... we had of just drank a regular sugar soda. So I'm not sure how that's going to help obesity, unless those studies are wrong :?"

I think it is just because that is what people think. They think if it says diet that means it is better to drink and they are to ignorant to learn otherwise. And the studies did show that people who drink diet soda weigh more than people who drink regular soda and it is true. When I was younger I drank diet soda all the time and after I started drinking regular soda I actually lost around 20 pounds. Of course now that I am drinking mostly water I don't lose a single pound.. -_-

But even then, you really don't know what you are getting. Organic is such a loose term because the FDA refuses to truly define it.

I'm pretty sure any raw fresh veggies and fruit even if not organic is going to be better than processed 15 ingredient products off the shelves.

I don't drink milk at all, it really grosses me out. I think it tastes awful. I also think it's strange to drink something that's meant to nourish a huge cow

This is true.

I just feel that if I live in a country that has a branch of government that is suppose to regulate foods and chemicals that my meats, fresh fruits, and vegetables at the very least should be chemical and hormone free.

I hated milk until I got pregnant.

I drank it during my pregnancy with my daughter. I drank like a gallon every two days  I was also a vegetarian for 12 years (hated the taste of meat) and craved steak for like every meal during that pregnancy too haha

I buy lactose free milk and it's organic as far as I know. Shit better be at $4 a half a gallon. On sale I can get it for $3.69 and they don't sell gallon jugs.
