It's not much, but it's been less than two weeks and I'm so excited. I've been working so hard. I've gained 3lbs, but lost inches so this is awesome sauce!
I have cut wheat out of my diet. I don't hunt it down in ingredients on the food labels, it's almost in everything. But I won't eat the obvious like bread, bagels, pancakes, crackers, pastas, etc.
I drink lots and of green teas with super fruits, and water.
For exercise I do kettlebells for 20 minutes and then jumping jacks, jump rope, butt kicks to get my cardio up for 10 minutes.

I think I got mine from Fabric Land... It's a little one that rolls up into itself and has a magnet so I stick it to the fridge, that way I don't lose it! hah.
thats a great start! your muscles are probably holding fluid since u are doing kettle bells, that would account for the extra weight.
