Have you done it or are you doing it?! How do you like it? I want to try it I think. I'm at a plateau and cant get past 186 and my first goal weight is 160. I do zumba and I want to start adding weights now. I had been eating 1200 cals a day and lost 21 lbs.
I'm doing it on my own, but am not using WW online. There are many apps on either the apple or android phones that pretty much do the same thing for less than $5. I also go to a website for support and accountability. I've done WW with meetings and paid and am having just as much success by myself :-). Hope that helps!
