Helllpppp! Make it go away! I've tried pumping like crazy, feeding DD with her chin pointed at the duct, I slept with a heating pad on my b**b... what else can I do? I really don't want this to turn into Mastitis! I have to work, so I can't pump as often as I need to or feed DD all the time and I have to wear bras. Ugggh! Any other tips/tricks to loosen it up??
I never breastfed.
But I have heard if you massage it (which is going to hurt) while baby is laying down and you are leaning over the top of her (working with gravity) will help it get out sometimes.
I have no advice but I feel for you it is painful they say pumping is the worst thing you can do in the beginning but idk I got mastitis from trying to feed my DD at all I ended up going to formula even tho I didn't want to
Use a warm compress righ before a nursing seasion then Lay baby on her back on the floor or bed and get on all fours over her and dangle your breast into her mouth with her bottom lip toward the clog and let her nurse while also messaging the clog towars toward the n****e if you can. Her suck+gravity+message+ should help.

Yes that is what I have heard! I forgot about the warm compress before hand though.
Thank you ladies!!! I will definitely give that a try!

Good luck! Hope it works. But keep an eye on yourself, if you start to feel flu-like or get a fever make sure you call your doctor because that is a pretty good sign its turned into mastitis. Which sucks. But just keep nursing and tryin toget he to help you out.
the dangle feeding and hand expressing in the shower with the water running over it.
You probably already have, but make sure the problem isn't on the n****e- I think they call it a milk blister? When a tiny piece of skin grows over the duct on the n****e and the milk can't get out. It shows up as a tiny white dot on your n****e.
I had the worst pain the other day, and thought it was a plugged duct, but low and behold, it wasn't. When I fixed it the milk literally poured out for five minutes like a cow, I got about 3 ounces without squeezing.
