In my opinion spelling it "Madeline" when people say it they would pronounce the -line, I want -Lynn part used. If that makes since.

You could still call her that. I think she will hate always having to correct people on the spelling. People ask me if my name is Paige with an "i" lol and i don't think it's spelled that whacky.

Madeline is pronounced line and lyn.

I guess I just like the different spelling because my name is spelled different and if e name were to be popular then hers would stand out with a different spelling.

It wouldn't stand out. When the teacher, friend, or whoever calls her name, it won't matter.

I get what you're saying, but I'm glad i ended up with Paige and not something like Payjuh to be different.
