I see nothing wrong with people having a relationship with someone who is older than them. My dad was in his early thirties when he married my mum and she was 20. As long as both parties are of age, it really shouldn't matter.

I am thinking the same thing, like I could see if you were illegal age and dating someone who was legal. like someone who is under the age of 18 should not be dating someone in their thirties for one it is frowned upon and two they think dfferent. that thirty year old might have kids and a job ad the 15 year old culd be living with her mom n in school. where was someone who is me and I am 21 years of ge ad he is 32 we have oiur dfferences sure why not were still happy I am a good mom figure to their boys and we are pregnant with my first nd his fourth due june :)

<blockquote><b>Quoting HaileyNHarlie's Mama:</b>" I'm 23 and my SO is 44. I love it. A lot of people have a problem with it but ehh I could care less. I see nothing wrong with someone in their 20s dating a significantly older man."</blockquote>

This is the same age difference between DH and me. The people close to us know and accept that we get along great, really love each other, and truly are compatable. If we're talking strangers or someone insignificant in my life, I hardly notice or pay attention. I made sure before I got commited that it wouldn't bother me, b/c I couldn't live with an insecurity like that. I honestly don't see that much reaction/critisism when we go out. Or maybe cuz I'm ignoring it? ; )
