I breast fed my son and there is nothing sexual about it. God gave women b**bs so they can feed their babies. Back in the old days that was the only way to nourish your baby. You have to be careful on what articles you believe in when you are reading online or in papers. People will write anything. Breastfeeding is a good way to bond with your baby and it gets you back to your prepregnancy size quicker. and I would think that it would hurt to much to leave your nip rings in while pumping or feeding. Your nipples get really sore sometimes even without a piercing. God designed b**bs to feed babies!!!

I get that it's weird to think of someone s*****g on your breast for food...freaked me out for months when I decided I was going to breastfeed. The day he was born, I was uncomfortable about how it was going to feel, but honestly it's a lot easier than pumping or mixing formula. It's not weird at all. Now I think it's weird if my boyfriend even touches them haha

As for whether or not you should take the piercings out...I don't know for sure, but I'd just take them out and put them back in after feedings/pumping. Makes the most sense to me.
