is the best age to have children?
Mid 20's? Early 30's? Younger? Older?
When did you have your first kid?
I wanted to wait until I was at least 25, but oh well. :P I had my son at 21 years old and I love him to pieces!
Mid 20's. Then you will still be a good age to have a little fun when they move out! Im trying to be done by 30 so by the time my kids are in college Mama will be spending a lot of time in the Bahamas
I had my son at 23. I figure Ill pop 2 more out by 30 and Ill be good :)
I wanted to start planning for a family at 23. I had it all planned out and how perfect life would be, but I had my son at 20, I'm now 23 and nowhere near were I thought I"d be and pregnant again...but event though it didn't work out for me the way I planned I'm happier than I've ever been.
I had my daughter when I was 17. It hasn't been easy but we busted our asses before she arrived to make sure she had a stable home and a good life. I love her to pieces and I wouldn't have it any other way <3
It would depend on the person. When I was younger I wanted to be at least 22 before I had a child as long as long as I was ready. I had my first at 21 and I was complete unprepared. Emotionally it was tough, not financially. Having my youngest at 24 felt right.
The perfect age for me and what I wanted to accomplish in life before kids would be 25-26.
Mid to late twenties. I think when you are settled and stable is best.
Mid twenties I was 22 when I had dd, it worked out great for me I got all my drunken shit done in college.... But 24 would have been ideal
I think it's ideal for a woman to be a stable relationship and to have a decent job or established career, but things obviously don't happen that way.
As for age, a woman can be successful young. I'll be in my mid-to-late twenties before I have my first. I hope to have my nursing certification or degree before having a baby. My husband is established in his career and in his thirties. I'm happy to have had the opportunity to travel overseas and do my own thing before devoting my life and time to my child(ren).
I'm 23 and have 2 kids and might not have anymore. I had my first at 19 and wouldn't change that..he was planned after all!
For me mid 20s would have been perfect. That's what I always planned anyways. Graduate from college, get a good job, get married and then have babies but it didn't work out like that for me. I'm not even 20 yet and I'm married and on my second kid.

first.. and most importantly.. is that Daryl? gross lol
but.. I think it's best to have a child when you can support the baby without assistance.. whenever that is.. and before you're 40. I think being older than 60 with a teenager is pushing it. There's no way you can possibly be reasonable and relate the the child. plus.. the nurse side of me thinks of all the risks.
I would say mid 20's. but I was 19 when I got pregnant with my daughter.
Mid/late twenties, early 30's. Got pregnant with my son at 25 and had him when I was 26...soo glad we waited, it has worked out great for us.
