im doing squat's and stuff like that is it ok

I think squats are the best exercise you can do while pregnant. I did squats all through my last pregnancy and I snapped right back to my original weight. I can't really say I'm doing them now.. I'm too lazy lmao but yes, squats are safe and they make labor easier. :)
