Those of you on my Facebook are well aware of the changes I've made in my life these past few months. For those that aren't I'll give a little run down of things I've changed/started.
On December 30th I started P90X with the full intent to finish my first round of the program. I started last year around the same time but only made it through a little over a month before losing motivation. From approx March of last year until December of this year I have gained 30lbs, putting me close to my heaviest ever. So December 30th I pushed play and have been doing so every day since.
In addition to starting a fitness program I knew that my eating had become horrible and something had to be done about what I was putting into my body. I joined a group of amazing women in a cleanse from Beach Body using Shakeology. It entailed 3 days of 2 shakes a day made with water, 2 pieces of fruit, 2 cups of green tea, and a big ole salad for dinner with the option of adding a lean protein in, which I accepted. I completed the 3 day cleanse with out any changes to the plan. This was a major factor in changing my behaviors and really sticking to the lifestyle change I decided upon. I proved to myself that food does NOT have control over me. I proved to myself that anything is possible with determination. And I proved to myself that this new lifestyle is not only possible, but can be enjoyable. I still drink Shakeology every day for either a snack or with a piece of fruit/small salad for lunch.
So here I am, day 89 of P90X. I have my last Core Synergistics work out today. Tomorrow should be Yoga X but I plan on supplementing Cardio X instead. It allows me to finish the program with a little bit of everything as it has Yoga, Kenpo, Core, and Plyometrics. I will be posting my results with in the below including before, during and after photos as well as measurements.
As far as the next "chapter", I have no plans on stopping my new lifestyle. I just finished a 3 day jump start cleanse with Shakeology. That brings me to today, April 4th, which is when I will begin a hybrid program of Insanity and P90X. Feel free to follow my thread on here or "like" my Facebook page for other daily updates. I'm excited to share my journey and hopefully inspire others that are ready to make changes in their life take that first step.

I just plugged my info into the calculators. It's probably not super accurate. But it goes based off your weight, height, measurements, etc
