ok i know none of yall are Drs lol im 16 weeks today but i was looking at my U/S pix from my first U/S at about 9 weeks and see this thing in the corner and i have no idea what it is
its in the bottom corner its like a white line bubble thing lol its in all the pix

That isn't the placenta. I'm not sure what it is, though. Blood vessels?
yeah i have no idea i was just like what the heck is that lol no big deal i was wondering if anyone know what it could be...i have no idea if its the placenta i dont even know what to look for for that lol
I'm pretty sure that's the placenta.
I haven't got to this part of my schooling yet, but from my own experience I'd say that is what it is.
I recognized it from a diagram and had to search out where I saw it...but finally found it. I saw it in a real ultrasound picture too somewhere recently, but could only find this one below. If you are talking about the line under the baby, the black on the outside edge is just the uterine cavity and the part on the top side is the sac. It looks like this picture...
