Dramatic 2 Year Old? Or is She Stressed? BeachBaby 1 child; Florida 258 posts

My (almost) 2 year old (22 months) twirls her hair (often when she's tired) and when something isn't going her way she see seems overly dramatic ("oh-no h-no oh-no"/crying). I'm not sure if this is normal drama for a 2 year old or if she is truly anxious? We thought it was normal and she was being dramatic but recently a friend told me she maybe stressed?

I can't figure out, besides recently quitting her naps, why she would be stressed? I am a SAHM and spend all of my time with her.

Lots of young toddlers can be stressed out, but mostly she sounds normal. Really my girls do the hair thing still and they are almost 11 and 5. I did it for years too. its normal.

But toddlers show stress if big changes just happened recently like moving, a parent being a way or even a sibling. New daycare or caregiver etc.....big life changes. But like I said it sounds normal to me.
