I use the shake weight. Between that and all the super awesome hand jobs it's helped me to achieve, I've lost 45 pounds.

On a more serious note, I have lost weight before (gained it all back by being a fatass, but I digress). I was 180 initially and got down to 145. I ran on the treadmill every now and again, but mostly I just went and took nature walks with the kids (at nice parks or along the seawall where I used to live). I drank more water and ate more raw vegetation. Instead of telling myself to eat *this* instead of *that* or to eat less of *that*, I just told myself to eat more healthy foods. By eating more healthy foods, I had less and less of an appetite for junk (after a while it actually made me sick to eat it). So, basically what I did was I ate more until it became less...if that makes sense.
And then I moved back to 'Murica, and joined the masses in our ultimate journey to heart failure.
