I'm not taking a picture of my ass, it's still too wide. I was already working on getting some weight off. But damn wearing heels burns the shit out of the thighs!

im in! i started doing it about a week ago, but then i stopped.
Ill do cardio with you too, i try to do 30-40 minutes once to twice a day on the tread at 3-4mph with an incline of 10. I just started doing that this week, and drinkin a shit ton of water... apparently its working because my face is breaking out and ive lost 4lbs.
Getting ready to do them for today.
I sucked yesterday. I didn't do them. So I'm going to do 55 now and then the 60 before bed. :x
So today is rest day?

I had an intense workout friday, I can hardly move my upper body. I am use to squats from zumba. I did them yesterday in sneakers and my legs didnt hurt. LOL

Working is miserable I went to put a kid into a comfort hold and could barely move :x
And I ran on Friday..... And died
i have yet to start, so im just starting today..
maybe ill go day one this morning and day 2 tonight, and so on until im caught up.
Ohhh.. I want to do this too! I am already working out (Chalean Extreme workout), but maybe this will help a ton!
And I will make up for some days tonight since it is my rest day with my other workout. My ass use to be amazing..now after two kids it definitely needs some lifting and shaping! lol
Oh and I suppose I could take "before" pictures tonight
