day 15 rest.. I've lost 10 pounds since i started my diet, exercise routine and this squat challenge! So happy. Down to 143... anyone else still doing this challenge with me? I noticed Bop completed this so hope I'm not alone in this lol.

I stopped doing squats and started doing lunges! I feel like they're so much more effective. My legs constantly feel like jello.



But I've also been working out like 200 crunches, lunges, jumping jacks, walking, push-ups and this side an workout and a little yoga on a daily basics. I have noticed a difference in my butt, lol and a little bit in my stomach area.
