Is it bad that I use chocolate as a mood lifter?

I crave DARK chocolate...80% cocoa :).
I need a few squares a day to pull me out of a funk....or I look forward to a bowl of chocolate ice cream with dark chocolate chips at the end of a rough day...
What's your stress relief?

There's actually natural chemicals in that chocolate that help with depression, so yeah it's a good alternative to meds I say :D

I do lavender. We have it at work for labor patients and we just open the cupboards on busy nights to de-stress

That's for sure a possibility. Hell people get addicted to the endorphins from sex, exercise, etc.

A hot bath right before bed. I close the door, read, and just enjoy sometime to myself.

Celiacs runs in my family :(..I am gluten sensitive and lactose intolerant but I still eat it every now and then. The Paleo Diet is grain free....no wheat no corn no rice....nothing processed ....I still ate quinoa and beans and butter tho when I was on it.

Yes I would love that link :D

I love quinoa but I love rice too. Costco has 2.25 lb bags of GF penne that we get. It's made of quinoa and rice. It's awesome.
