This week I finally kicked myself back into high gear to get this weight off. On Monday, I set myself a goal of riding 100 miles on my bike this week. I've got 71 done and my ass hurts sooooooo bad from sitting on the bike. :( what can I do to make this better???
on a happier note, I've lost 8 lbs since Monday, bringing my total to 44lbs lost :)
Get one of those gel seat pads. Feeels so good on the tooshy lol
