Question about table foods. Britney! TTC since May 2015; 1 child; PG, FL, United States 3388 posts

My son's 9 months old. So far, he's had cooked carrots, mashed potatoes, bananas, noodles, and green beans. I'm just looking for more table food type food to give him. Mine and SO's parents have been telling us he can eat whatever we eat, but I figured I'd ask on here to see what you guys thought. Any suggestions? TIA. :)

DD's pedi said that we could give her anything that we eat except for honey, peanuts/peanut butter, and something else but I can't remember. I read that acidic fruits are bad as well, but yes anything else. Avocado, pear, peaches, peas, toast, cheese, etc...

We have an appointment at the pedi in 4 days, so I was planning on asking then as well. But thank you for answering! I think we're gonna try toast next.

I feed my 9 month old whatever we eat. We skipped pureed baby food all together and have been doing baby led weaning she was 6 months and eating solids.
