I am currently a little late writing this as I am in my 5th week, but as of today, I have lost 7.2 lbs, & 6 inches in total off my body. My clothes are feeling less tight, & I am able to do the work outs better as days go on. I feel that if I put a lot more effort into the work outs & into my diet I could have lost a lot more, so that is my goal for the next 16 weeks.
But yes, I am still very happy, because it is 7 lbs less than I was when I started. I weighed 187lbs, & today I weighed in at 179.8. My short term goal is to get to atleast 150lbs, but my long-term goal is 130-140, which is healthy for my height (I am 5'7")

I have Chalean Extreme, as well, & also Brazillian Butt-Lift. But I don't want to start those until after I finish Turbofire lol I'm getting back into the swing of things right now & I don't want to push myself past my breaking point.... Yet. :twisted:
