Lately i've been having a hard time falling asleep any tips not involving medicine? I've tried reading, just laying there, and calming music but I can't fall asleep and I find myself falling asleep in school and missing notes because of it.. help?
My mom always tells me to start working out and becoming more active and I will sleep better at night.
We have a pregnancy workout class in the high school and I take that... we do like yoga and walking and stuff like that if that counts as working out?
I know you said not medicine, but would you consider taking melatonin? It's completely nature made and is completely harmless. That's about the only thing that helps me.
Try cuddling a body pillow! It's the only way I could sleep during my last pregnancy.

OMG I had to sleep with two body pillows towards the end of my pregnancy last time lol one on each side of me because I'd wake up almost every hour and switch sides and moving the body pillow with me was just too much work when I was half asleep hahah. Now that I'm living with my fiance' though, I dunno what I'm gonna do towards the end of my pregnancy cuz I don't think a body pillow will fit in my bed with me and him.. and he's too warm to cuddle lol he gets so hot in the middle of the night, I can't be near him!
