I did my U/S on Thursday but my PCP had a death in the family so I haven't been able to be seen. I finally get to go in tomorrow.
Basically I have an infection in some scar tissue on my uterus from endometriosis and my c-section back in Oct '11. I have infections in my sinuses, a yeast infection, a UTI, and it HURTS. Like, I was in labor for three weeks. I have fibromyalgia. I KNOW pain. I've never felt this before thought. It hurts from my vaginal area all the way up to my diaphragm sometimes, but most of the time it's just a dull, burning pain like period cramps. Every once in a while the pain gets localized into the right side of my c-section scar and it makes it hurt to sneeze/cough/laugh.
Has anyone dealt with this before? I feel like I just got out of surgery and it's scaring me. Has anyone ever been told they had an infection in their scar tissue and it turn out okay? I find out exactly what the CT results are tomorrow.
Before anyone asks, no, it's not ovulation. Everyone keeps asking me that for some reason. Also, I'm a week late on my period, but I've had a test and an ultrasound done so I'm sure I'm not pregnant.
I don't know, love. But I'm sending good vibes your way. I do hope they figure this out soon. :(
I don't know if this will help or not, but my best friend had to have c-sections with her 2, and her scar tissue herniated. It sounds like what she was gong thru, and she had to have surgery to have that part removed. I hope things work out for you.
