No. But once you start eating right and moving your body you will be filled with energy.

No. Diet and exercise is how it happens.

Honestly losing weight is 80% diet and 20% exercise (and by diet I mean the foods you eat and how you eat, not an actual diet.) here is what you can do to actually see longlasting results https://www.facebook.com/notes/the-skinny-on-being-fat/my-tricks-tips-and-secrets/548890088459985

I have NO idea how to eat healthy.
There are a lot of things I won't eat.

Give me some foods I can eat, lose weight & not be hungry afterwards

Protien and fiber. Oatmeal, egg white and veggie omletes, Greek yogurt, any veggies and fruits in moderation. Lean ground beef/turkey, chicken and very small lean red meats and fish!!!! (Real fish wild caught, not farmed)

Cut out boxed foods, fast food, junk food and pop.

If you go to the link above you can get to my facebook page, in the photo albums I have an album called "eat yourself thin" and there are ideas there. Petty much if it has a mother, came from something with a mother, or comes from the ground you are safe to eat it.

You need to read up on healthy eating. No one can sit here and lost every food.

You don't seem to have the attitude to change your lifestyle. You seem to want to be thinner but you have a bad attitude towards the work it takes to get there.

Nothing is going to change until your want and work ethic match up.

Phentermine will give you an energy boost while also curbing your appetite. It's by prescription only.

You need to eat lean meats, veggies, and fruits. You need to eat small meals throughout the day. Starting to feed your body right when you're not used to it will lend to you being hungry for the first 3 weeks or so. You need to learn to control your portion size and fight the urge to over eat.

Nothing will be a permanent fix unless you made a legitimate change to your lifestyle.

That is 100% true. I was just answering the OP's question. Any legit place that prescribes Phentermine would also include nutrition counseling and an exercise plan.

In addition to what others have commented...
My advise:

Eat only to satisfy your hunger, not to feel full.
Take smal bites, chew thoroughly!
Set your fork down inbetween bites, take your time.
The feeling if satisfaction while eating is delayed, if you take your time to eat you will be surprised to see how little food can make you feel satisfied.
6 meals a day, eat when you are legitimately hungry.
Don't deprive yourself, if you feel hungry eat something healthy.
Treat yourself every so often.
