I was 90pounds when I got pregnant. I've always been a little under weight as a child. But when I got pregnant I went up to 145 pounds. I'm 130 now and for the past year I've been trying to burn fat, make muscle. I don't think I'm fat just all my weight seems to go to my mid now and gives me a belly And I just wanna lose that. But not go back to my Pre prego weight. I've tried everything I know from crunches to extreme diets and all I've got in the end is either pulled muscles or awful sickness. I really wanna lose it with in 5months by our vacation in July. Have my husband looking at me again instead of the skinny abbed girls on the beach. Plz help

I find Yoga to not only be a good way to stretch, but it also helps with posture and balance. It can help to tone your midsection as well.
It's actually quite simple.
Cut out processed foods and fast food.
Drink TONS of water.
Do cardio for 45 mins a day.
Eat small "meals" every 2-3 hours.
Losing weight is 75% diet, 25% exercise.
Have you ever heard of visalus? Do that with some exercise you'd be great!!.

and with exercise, I've always been told, if you're not hurting, you're not doing enough/it right! You want to be sore.
and make sure you're drinking plenty of water.
Look into some Jillian Micheals dvds. I think she has one called Ripped in 6 weeks or something.
But make sure you are eating healthy balanced meals.
