I'm trying super hard to eat healthy, but it's hard! I'm running out of ideas- I like making recipes, not just... Grilling salmon with steamed veggies and boiled potatoes or something.
What are some healthy recipes you make? Or even, some healthy foods you like?
I've never really paid attention to what I've eaten before, so any sort of healthy hints would be great!
I love this website.
There are a ton of recipes and a lot of them are healthier versions of what you would already make. :)
I make beef stew with everything organic. I make awesome pecan crusted chicken and serve with baked sweet potatoes. We try to eat mostly paleo.

I've got a few more bookmarked, one second and I'll look them up.
http://www.juliashealthyitalian.com/2011/03/chicken-with-dijon-glaze-freezer-bag.html <-- one of my favorite recipes ever, I use it on chicken breasts and pork chops :)
I get a lot of good stuff on Pinterest too :)
In general, for healthy eating: Only whole wheats, I don't fry anything (I roasted cut up potatoes in 1-2 tsp of olive oil instead), Lean protein (ie: fish, white poultry meat) as much as possible, I love making smoothies for breakfast or a snack -- just fruit, almond milk, flax seed, protein powder (in the am) and spinach.
turkey sweet potatoe shepperds pie is really good you can get the reciepe from foodnetwork.com :D
