Quoting Monica♥YASDYARDFR:" <blockquote><b>Quoting Tarynosaurus Rex:</b>" Sooo...you think I should go to jail ... [snip!] ... of coffee. Might even smoke some weed later, who knows."</blockquote> You should. At least 10 year prison sentence"

Yes a 10 year prison sentence for putting a substance into my body that does zero harm to anybody else around me? Uhm should we also go to prison for eating McDonald's and living sedentary lifestyles? If you're really that stupid I hope you fall off the face of the earth, which you no doubt believe is flat.

You say so much stupid stuff it's hard to take it all in.
Anyway you're wrong, law enforcement needs would go way down if prostitution were legal...courts wouldn't be nearly as congested etc. Brothels would have to hire their own private security as with any business so it wouldn't take away any resources, and of course there will always be those who do it illegally but NOT NEAR AS MANY if brothels were legal.

I am laughing so hard at you. Continue to insult me vs show some facts. I don't agree with prostitution because of the correlation it has with human trafficking. Everyone seems to think making it legal is going to clean up the industry. Do some research on what is going on in Nevada and how hookers can't seem to stay in the areas of the state where it is legal. I agree with the state of Nevada for making it a misdemeanor which means you give them a ticket and they walk.

And where exactly are YOUR facts? You have yet to show one single shred of evidence backing up any of your claims.

My facts can be easily found by reading up on any of the claims I have made. I am not giving opinions based soley on feelings which is what has happened in this thread for the most part.

It should be legal. It would help decrease drugs, abuse, murders, etc. Nevada is proof of that.

Where did you hear this? Nevada is well above the national average in rape and murder. I remember reading a store where it was ranked as the least safest state in America.

Actually yes you are. You cannot make a claim such as the one you made and give ZERO evidence to back it up. It is not MY job to prove your theories. That is YOUR job.

<blockquote><b>Quoting Monica♥YASDYARDFR:</b>" I don't care if marijuana is legal or not. I was just going along with the shit that was being assumed ... The criminal activities behind marijuana wouldn't stop? The criminal activities involving marijuana are selling and distribution! If it was legal neither 1 would be a criminal act....

Prostitution is already legal all over the world. Being paid for sex is legal as it is too hard to police. Technically I am a prostitute as I sleep with my SO and he works and pays for me to survive as I am a SAHM. What is illegal is street walking, advertising yourself as a sex worker and soliciting for customers. The actual act of exchanging money/gifts for sex is perfectly legal everywhere.

I lived in Nevada. I loved it there. And Its not the least safest place in America LOL..There is rape and murder in every state. And they sure in the hell are not being forced to do it! If there was brothels in every state and it was legal, the rape and murder rates would go down. So would STDs etc...you gives a shit who is banging who and for what!

I say they should both be legal.
Prostitution is already legal. It's called pornography.

prostitutes shouldn't be criminalized, because yes, lots are forced into it...they should be getting women help if they want out. also, how much is your vagina worth? if someone offered me money for sex,....well, if the price was right.....ya know? my vagina, my choice...
I understand the whole std checking and all, but its not the gov't s responsibility to make sure your crotch doesn't dissolve or fall off. your health is your responsibility
