BBQ pulled chicken, i make soups, I made applesauce the night. pork tenderloin with saurkraut. a crock pot and slow cooker are the same exact thing.

how long do you know how to cook each for? and wow you made applesauce in it. Cool I am a noob when it comes to slow cookers and crock pots.

i just cook it, i figure if its cooked for at least 6 hours its done.

applesauce was super easy... apples cored and peeled, and chopped to the top of the crock pot, then brown sugar a cinnamon stick, a squeeze of lemon juice and a strip of lemon peel. cook over night...

It all depends on the setting you have it on. If you have it on the 12 hr stetting it will take for ever to bubble. The first time I used mine I had it set one 12 hr and watched or like a hawk because I thought I broke the damn thing right out of the box. Naw, just took forever and a day because I had it on the lowest of the low setting.
