Yes but I just don't think cutting down her meat to once a day is a good idea. If she sticks with leaner meats that are easier to digest, then she should be okay. She just needs to be careful on her calorie intake too. Make sure she's eating enough and doesn't go into starvation mode.

I did a couple zumba vids. No walk yet :(

I am going to do the challenge now and get it over with. Then maybe some Insanity.

I burned almost 600 calories on the recumbent bike this morning. My legs are jelly.

I'd stick with eating red meat once a week. Chicken and fish are all really good for you.

Quoting LEGENDARY JAS ♥:" I saw you mentioned pork. Pork is not healthy and is not easy to digest."

True. I guess I was just thinking it's easier to digest than red meat. And if you stick with leaner cuts of it, not super fatty stuff like bacon and stuff, then it might not be so bad.

I'm just quoting you because you're first on the page.

We try to eat red meat only once a week, if we want to make a recipe that would generally need red meat - we sub turkey instead.
We also try to eat one meal a week that is beans/brown rice/vegetarian.
And then we try to have one seafood dish a week (although this is the main thing we've cut out with having to budget so strictly.)
The rest of the week is generally chicken, and every other week we have breakfast for dinner, which I try to keep relatively healthy.
