I'm starting my diet change today! Completely cutting out fast food and reducing the amount of meat I eat (Only eating it at one meal rather than 2-3 meals a day), cutting out sweets (good thing I like my coffee completely black lol), and cutting down on starches and carbs :) If anyone has any advice on whether or not this sounds like a good diet change I'd love to hear it.

And I'm signing up for a women's weight loss class that starts next week at my university's gym :D

This was my workout this morning (selected by Kayleigh, lol.)

I'm pretty sure I wanted to die mid-way through. My legs are KILLING me (from yesterday's full body and today's bun/thigh) Tomorrow I'm definitely doing upper body.

I'm so bummed. The scale is just not moving. I dropped almost 10 lbs last week. I haven't veered off my diet. Even when DH went and got McDonalds and Little Caesars (him and the girls had a little buffet ) I stuck to my shitty salad and small bowl of spaghetti.

I want to see this scale move! I think I may low carb for a few weeks and then switch back to low calorie once I get a little lower. That's how I lost so much in the first place anyways. Switching it up and confusing the hell out of my body. lol

Losing 10 lbs in a week is not good. 2 a week is what the goal should be.

It's good! You can use it on sandwiches or as a dip. I'm sure there are other ways to use it too but those are the only two I've tried.

I feel like a smoothie would be too many calories :x and just regular fruit isn't indulgent enough

That's the way my body gains and loses. I have gained up to 12 lbs in one weekEND, many times. Then generally it comes back off after a week. Not starving by any means. I eat breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack. I eat 1300-1400 cals a day. I dont mean to lose like that, it just happens. But then it tapers off and just... stops for a while.

Cutting down your meat AND carb intake is not a very good idea. I would stick with lighter meats like chicken, fish, and pork. They digest easier and eating a lot of protein will get your body into fat burning mode.

There are other ways to get protein, though! Kwim?
