I disagree because some people honestly just don't know any better.. And maybe they'd appreciate it

Quoting JessieLeeAnne:" Seriously? Strapping your kid in like that is dangerous. Would you think the same thing if someone was giving their 4 year old smokes? "

Sure it is dangerous but like I said, not your kid not your business.

Quoting 624582:" It's rarely cold enough here, in TX, to need to put a coat on LO. We went up to visit my family in MD ... [snip!] ... safe, so I just covered him with a blanket. Now my husband freaks out about everything DS is wearing before he buckles him in."

I turned SO into a carseat nazi. lol.

When we went to visit his grand daughter, he blew up at his son for not having her strap high and tight enough. I taught him well. ((Except the yelling part, they are just young and stupid.)) lol

Guys can be cute.

So if you found out someone was beating their kid you wouldn't do anything because it's "not your business"? Wow.

Maybe you don't care about your friend's children, but some people do. I am sure she would like to know her child will be ejected from the car if there were ever an accident. That, or have serious internal damage from the clip.

My husband will notice little things with other children and parents, ask me my take on it, and then research things on his own. He's come a long way since LO was born. He was very into listening to his parents', mostly outdated, unsolicited advice. I'm proud of him.

That sounds exactly like my husband, lol. I can remember when DS was 4 weeks old, we took him to visit my family, and there DH was passing around a bottle of hand sanitizer for everyone to use. I couldn't stop laughing at the time, but looking back I think it's adorable.
