I've been speed walking and doing an exercises on YouTube from the befit channel. I haven't weighed myself but I know it's working because my clothes fit and look better on. I do this every day except I didn't go Xmas day or today, getting slack!
Ooh and I cut out coke, that was a huge weakness for me. The cola I mean

Re starting after the new year, because I started before thanksgiving and that was a bad idea.
Lost close to 60lbs doing pilates and zumba and watching my calorie breakdown on myfitnesspal.
I change my lifestyle.
Diets don't work, you have to adapt a healthy way of living or you will battle weight forever.
Just don't eat bad shit and get off the couch once a day :lol:
Lol, really though. Spend some time researching recipes that are HEALTHY that you like. Find a fun way to exercise. Walk and take pictures while you do it. Join a cycling class. Play tennis, whatever gets you moving.
