it made me more comfortable and my doctor told me it really helps opening up your hips.
I just slept, slept so good that my water broke in my sleep.
Exercise, walk up mountain hills, have sex, eat healthy, sleep, basically what I dad been doing throughout my whole pregnancy.
yoga ball and it worked made me go into labor lol but the dr stopped it bc i was only 37weeks and she wasnt my primary ob so she refused to let me go into labor early

This was me exactly. I LIVED on that thing the last week of my pregnancy.
I also cleaned a lot, took lots of relaxing baths, and slept, because I knew I wouldn't be doing a lot of any of those things once he got here.
I had the flu at 38 weeks :( So for those 6 days I basically lived on the couch, running to the bathroom occasionally.
Well as of yesterday my ob did say the little walking I am doing must be helping because I went from barely being thinned to 60% in a week. I went from a 1.5 to 2.5 dilated in a week. Still a long ways to go but its nice knowing I'm making little progress. Oh and babies head is at a -3 station,
P every one tolled me too squat with my first one so i did alot! And.it put too much pressure on my pelvic bone and cracked it JS
