Okay so I am 19 and i would really like to lose weight. I had my son in August and it seems that i have retained about 15lbs in my ass.... sooo my jeans arent fitting very well and since im short on money theres no way i can get new pants. Right now i've been just wearing my maternity jeans(lol). Anyways i figured the first thing i should start with would be to drop the pop. But i am severely addicted. I get the worst migraines if i dont have caffeine for a while. And i just become a major b***h! I would really like to try to avoid the caffeine headaches but i have a problem with limiting what i drink pop wise, because i normally dont eat for a few days just pop. Maybe Ill have 1 meal a day... sometimes not even that. I just dont feel the urge to eat some days but on other days i can eat absolutely everything. I've also thought about slim fast but im not sure how it works and i dont know if food stamps will cover it. If anyone has some advice id greatly appreciate it. Please do not mind the bad grammar, missing commas, periods (<-- that made me laugh for some reason.... too late at night i should sleep :P ), and also not separating the paragraphs etc. I am tired and cant help my fail :)
Oh and i forgot to mention i have been drinking pop daily for 14-15 years.
I'm sleepy as hell so I didn't read it all but I take a caffeine pill every morning to keep migraines away. I get them too. It helps a lot! Just be careful that you don't take more than the dose, they can be a little dangerous if you take too many. I usually take between 1 and 2 a day.
Try switching to diet first to cut out the calories and retain the caffeine, then cut back on the number you drink per day. Even diet soda can make losing weight hard because you tend to drink more of them and even though they have no sugar and therefore no calories, they have a ton of sodium and can make you bloat. I'm hooked on diet coke. I just limit myself to 1 or 2 per day because I'll get a gnarly caffeine headache and withdrawals if I don't have them. If you want to cut out soda and caffeine totally, do it slowly so your body gets used to the smaller amounts of caffeine. It'll help with the withdrawals if you wean yourself. Drink more water. And you really should be eating more than you say you are. Believe it or not, if you don't eat your metabolism will slow down because your body will go into survival mode thinking you're starving. You can actually gain weight that way. So eat woman!

Psshh, yep. I get mine at Walmart :lol:
I just use the Diurex (the water weight pills). You just have to check and make sure they are the ones with caffeine. That's all they are. It helps get rid of water weight too.
