it would vary a lot on your other bills. like do you have loans, credit cards, daycare, car payments, etc etc. If your other bills are very low I think you'd be fine. that's about exactly what my SO makes and we pay 575 a month in rent with almost no other bills...
I think you could make it.
I mean, depending on your electric/water/internet/phone bill, it could be tight.
If you have the previous tenant's name or the number from the power meter, you can call the power company and get a estimate of what it ran for I think a year's worth.
Doesn't hurt to look into it
