I do this!
You can crumb them, marinate them, chop them up into smaller pieces and put them in a stir fry or rizzotto. Shred them once cooked and make a warm chicken salad.
my favorite is to cut them up and saute them with green and red bell peppers and onions. Empty a can of cream of mushroom in there with some chicken broth. let it simmer until saucy consistency. Serve over rice. simple and delicious
you can make home made chicken tenders, chicken tacos, shake and bake, regular fried chicken, chicken pot pie, soup, white chili
MY SO takes them & puts a can of chicken soup over them in a pan & covers with French's friend onions the cheddar kind & bakes um then serves with mashed potatoes. It's AMAZING!

I was thinking about making chicken ranch stirfry. Basicly you just cook the chicken, cut it up... line a pan with foil, add vegies, chicken, and ranch and bake for 45 minutes... But, i don't have enough ranch dressing.
I like to make chicken alfredo with them. or you can make chicken spaghetti
What don't you do with them is a better question.
We usually grill them to add to stir fry or alfredo. Sometimes if they are on sale (the only time I buy them, I feel like their a waste of money, otherwise) I will grill them up with spices and keep them in the fridge during the week to add to salads.
That's exactly what we're having tonight too! I'm just going to fry them, nothing special.
