I need to get healthy and lose weight but I don't know where to start :?
I need someone to tell me what to eat. :oops:
What should I eat during the day? What kind of snacks should I be eating? Do I look for foods with more fiber or more protein? The only meat I eat is ground turkey and thats pretty rare.
I would do SO much better if I had a daily menu buuuut IDK where to start.
I'm going to the store later and need to make a list.
This is the diet I am doing right now!
My mom did it and lost 15 pounds, and she slacked off during the second cycle. She quit because she got sick.
I am on Day 2 of Cycle 1.
ETA there is also a ton of recipes out there. You don't even need the book, but there is a book and a couple cook books too. And I think there is a log book.
I just googled some, maybe it will help.

You can also count calories and such, as long as exercise on.
