I like paige but i dont like the hyphenated middle name...one or the other would be better.

Lee is a middle name that runs in both my mother and father's family and Renee is a name that runs in my SO's family. I tried Paige and Claire with just one or the other but they didn't sound complete to me. And I'm iffy on the hyphens as well but my SO prefers them. :P

Quoting Summerrr.:" Lee is a middle name that runs in both my mother and father's family and Renee is a name that runs in ... [snip!] ... with just one or the other but they didn't sound complete to me. And I'm iffy on the hyphens as well but my SO prefers them. :P"

I would say leave Lee for a boy.

One family name is enough.
