So I decided to marinate some chicken breasts for supper in a vinaigrette marinade. However SO and I got invited out so we decided to leave the chicken for tomorrow. Will marinating it overnight in the fridge be too much ?
Leave it the fridge covered it will be fine.
Nope, i always marinate my stuff at night.
Typically when you marinade a chicken in a vinegar for long periods of time, it "burns" the meat. I would cook it up tonight and reheat it tomorrow or something :/
Does the "burn" make it a health risk or just not as good of a flavor?
