I'm not saying he isn't. I'm not saying it's right that he's not locked up for the rest of his life for doing anything indecent with a child. It's disgusting. I don't believe any child molester is even capable of being "rehabilitated". To me, that's a joke. You can't fix those monsters. Yes, I believe they are the scum of society.
However, legally, he's allowed to work there if he's not in violation of any sex offender laws. From a legal standpoint, she can't necessarily demand to know specifics of the crime, only what's a matter of public record. He doesn't have to disclose any other information other than what's legally necessary. So, no, technically, it isn't her business. She knows he's a sex offender, and he's required to tell his employer, but he's not required to explain himself to anyone but his employer.... I'm not saying it's right.. but that's usually the way it is. Under the eyes of the law, as long as he's abiding by the legal guidelines, he's not doing anything wrong.
